How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you create your ProjectBright account and workspace, you can start a 7-day trial on either Starter or Pro to explore Tasks, Notes, Customers, and Invoicing with your own projects before your monthly subscription begins.

What counts toward the monthly invoices sent limit?

Creating and editing draft invoices is always unlimited. A monthly invoice send is counted only when an invoice is actually delivered (either sent immediately or delivered by a scheduled/recurring run). Sending a payment receipt or viewing a sent PDF snapshot does not consume additional monthly sends.

How do monthly usage limits (Email-to-Tasks, Invoice Sends, AI Actions) reset?

Periodic usage allowances reset automatically at the start of each calendar month (UTC) across your workspace. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time in /app/billing as your volume grows.

How are subscription payments processed?

Workspace subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. On your card or bank statement, charges appear as BeckmanFordSoftwareLLC.
